I don't know why the hell this thing insists upon cropping all but the skinniest images... I don't care enough to try to figure it out, so click if you're interested.

It's going to be a long one...

Studio work from now (6:30am) to class at 10:15, then more until Studio at 1:30, where we have a review on what you see above, a canopy for the 60th Anniversary of the School of Design. Crit means we probably won't get out until 5-ish, then I am in a frantic rush to get ready to head down to the boat by 6. And that will be frantic. I'm excited about this weekend though...

Nightly therapeutic Photoshop...

My Audi RS4 in Forza 2. Blech to the other stuff going on the past couple of days that I can't really talk about on here. This too shall pass I guess. I turned in my money for Prague today... I can't wait to get out of here and be on that adventure... I just wish more of my class was going. Speaking of going... I'm going to bed.

January

It's been a while, huh? Skiing was awesome, though anybody could have guessed that... I've been busy lately, but I really don't feel like doing a recap.

Today a girl walked out in front of me without looking while I was riding... I locked up the brakes and laid the bike down sideways to keep from hitting her / oncoming traffic. I'm completely fine, and so was she even though the bike bumped into her as it came to a rest sideways on the pavement. Girl, didn't your mom ever teach you to look both ways before crossing the street? Good thing I wasn't a quiet car or something, she might be seriously injured. This fall scratched the Cannondale... Not too bad but I was bummed all day because of it. I've grown pretty attached to this bike. Speaking of, a new Jamis Coda may be on the way soon, but I might have ruined my chances at getting it. Long story.

There is road salt and grime from the snow all over it... Bath soon...

PS, when it's not dirty it looks like this...

New Hampshire and Vermont

I know this is sideways, but I don't have time to mess with it now... in a few days when I get back to Raleigh and don't have to get up at 5:45 am...

I'm up in New Hampshire right now, and I'm taking day-trips to various ski resorts in Vermont over four days... The first day was Killington... Awesome mountain, but it was pretty icy, so the snow wasn't up to par with what I'd experienced here previously. Today, however, we made the two-hour trek to Stratton, and man was the snow there amazing. I took a few pictures...

Snow!
