Where are we?

Just so you all know, we are currently in Santa Margherita Ligure, 3 miles north of Portofino on the Italian coast. I just finished a great breakfast consisting of, among less notable things, 2 cups of creme caramel. Mmmm. We took a train from Rome to Genova and then were TOLD there would be another train to Ventimiglia from Genova. Ventimiglia is quite close to Nice, which is where we were trying to end up. We hopped on the Ventimiglia train and it turned out to be moving in the opposite direction. After a few stops we decided to get off here because it's listed in the travel book. BEAUTIFUL place. Our hotel has a balcony that overlooks the harbor. Taking pictures, but gotta run now. Going back to the train station to get reservations for later to Nice and then exploring here and in Portofino...
